Immediate need for an Assistant Property Manager to support 500+ unit apartment complex in the Greenville area.

Looking for well-organized aggressive, sales professional.

Job Duties include:

Ø Assisting with all renewals and new lease signings

Ø Setting up community activities throughout the year

Ø Assisting with payroll each week for submission

Ø Conducting new hire initial interviews

Ø Assisting with evictions

Ø Assisting with delinquency calls/txt/ emails and door knocks

Ø Answering calls when leasing staff is busy/ walk-ins

Ø Answering escalated calls from aggressive residents- walk-ins

Ø Creating the Newsletter per quarter

Ø Getting updates each week on where we are with turns and work orders

Ø Conducting the survey calls for work orders

Ø Reroute all tenant calls from the Regional Property Manager

Ø Conducting 24-hour inspections

Ø Assisting with Rent Roll and Market Rent Analysis to ensure we are staying on top of all tenant ledgers and market rates

Ø Conducting Markey Surveys around the area

Ø Taking lead when Regional Property Manager is out of office making sure all roles and responsibilities are being followed

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
