What started as a quick trip turned into a life-changing decision. My wife and I fell in love with this city instantly, and less than six months later, we packed up everything and made it home. But that was just the beginningā¦
and I met working in advertisingāshe handled creative and marketing, and I managed client relationships. I loved working with people and guiding them through big decisions, but sitting behind a desk all day? It wasnāt for me. I wanted something more hands-on, something that truly made an impact.
Then, we took a weekend trip to Greenvilleāand everything changed.
It was love at first sight. The charm, the energy, the peopleā¦ we just knew this was home. Less than six months later, we packed up, moved into a converted mill apartment, and started building a life here. We made amazing friends, explored every corner of the Upstate, and fell more in love with the area every day.
But then, reality hitāour rent skyrocketed by over 40% in just two years. We knew it was time to buy. Our agent helped us find the perfect home in Simpsonville, walking us through the entire process, helping us think beyond just the house to the right location, and making sure we felt confident in every decision. That experience stuck with me.

My background in advertising gave me the perfect foundation for it. I already knew how to listen, strategize, and problem-solve. I understood the power of marketingānot just for selling homes, but for helping buyers find the right one. Now, my wife runs the marketing side of my business, making sure we connect with the right people at the right timeāwhether theyāre moving across the country or just across town.
