I don’t like complicated things. I love simplicity. And I run my business the same way. I jotted down the “ABC”s that keep it simple for me in my line of work (new home sales). But these can also apply to most any line of work:

Appearance is everything
Believe in your community/product
Customer service is the secret sauce
Details determine your success
Excellence should be pursued
Fortune is in the follow up
Get going early

Ignore negative thoughts
