October was a great month for me in real estate! It was a month that had me reflect back and realize, I closed my first deal in October 2014! 10 years ago. I’m coming up in 11 years in the business and this year has seen a lot of challenges.

But a big shout out to my supporters, especially to my Husband who supports me in all I do 💕

He took this video right after I got home from my first closing, handed me our precious baby, and celebrated my accomplishment. He continues to celebrate me, and I’m forever grateful.

I would have never shared this video 10 years ago, but today it reminds me why I’m in the business and reminds me I have a great support system!

I've been at this real estate thing now since 2013. I can confidently say I've seen many changes in the market and industry. But....at the end of the day, the clients we help have truly expanded my appreciation for buying and selling a home. We get to walk beside people in depths of great joy and sometimes great pain. What lights me up and encourages me in this job, is hearing how we've made a difference.

I'm so grateful for a teammate who brings positive energy and serves others well no matter what the outcome is for us.

Hi Facebook Friends - Posting on behalf of my husband Michael. He owns and operates MCKustom Woodworks. They mainly install interior trim work and work on higher-end custom homes. They also will do interior box beam installs occasionally, and he's hoping to add cabinet install too! This position would be an entry-level woodworking position starting at $15-18 an hour based on experience. He's open to hiring someone with or without carpentry experience.
