y and architecture spurred me into a career as a real estate agent in 2009. Took some clients on a tour of a new construction community, a Toll Brothers build, a builder known for quality and luxury. This community is compromised of 40 home sites with 7 left - one site is their largest lot that backs up to trees! With six different beautiful floor plans to choose from and prices starting in the mid $300's, I totally fell in love.
