y and architecture spurred me into a career as a real estate agent in 2009. Over one-third of listings never sold - they expired, were withdrawn, or canceled. That's over 1 in 3 sellers couldn't move forward. 🤯

What it really costs:

•Emotional and financial fatigue
👉 Many relist later and sell for less than they could have today.

Took some clients on a tour of a new construction community, a Toll Brothers build, a builder known for quality and luxury. This community is compromised of 40 home sites with 7 left - one site is their largest lot that backs up to trees! With six different beautiful floor plans to choose from and prices starting in the mid $300's, I totally fell in love. Located in the Five Forks area and within 7 to 10 minutes of Publix, the library, Starbucks, The Sports Club, and Prisma Urgent Care health offices. Comment Woodcrest for more info!
