We are returning to the Clemson campus for another UCREW event to promote the CREW Network Scholarship opportunity (due April 1). We are presenting to Clemson Real Estate Club and our panel discussion will be student lead!

The panel is comprised of:

-Kavita Borsum: Contractor, Owner of Unique Builders, Investor, Real Estate Developer.

-Lillian Bautista: Project Manager/Estimator for Mavin Construction, with background in commercial construction for design/build projects.

-Kim Penninger: VP/Commercial Banker for Peoples Bank, Marketing Liaison, and commercial lending background.

-Mary Craig: Director of Investor Relations for Graycliff Capital, Investment Management, and knowledge of portfolio and market performance.

✨ What an awesome night with CREW Greenville and GirlUp GVL! ✨

Some of our CREW members had the privilege of taking part in a Commercial Real Estate Career Night for local high school girls.

We had the opportunity to share our career journeys, talk about how we got to where we are today, and answer thoughtful questions from the next generation of young women exploring their futures.

Join us for an exclusive tour of the new Speedway Business & Technology Park, located on the historic site of the former Greenville-Pickens Speedway.

Stan Tzouvelekas of RealtyLink will guide us through the impressive 600+ acre development, featuring nearly 4 million square feet of office space.
