Buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction — it’s often connected to a change in life, priorities, or direction. During those moments, clarity and steady guidance matter.
I’m Melanie, and I approach real estate with a calm, strategic mindset grounded in both experience and valuation expertise. My work focuses on helping clients navigate life transitions — including move-up and move-down decisions, relocation, divorce, and probate — with clear communication and thoughtful planning from start to finish.
My path into real estate began early, but formally started in 2010 with the purchase of my first home. Since then, my career has expanded to include both real estate brokerage and residential appraisal work. As a Certified Residential Appraiser, I bring a deep understanding of market value, pricing strategy, and the details that truly influence outcomes. This perspective allows me to guide sellers confidently and help buyers make informed decisions — without unnecessary pressure or noise.
I primarily work with sellers, while also representing buyers when it’s the right fit. My practice is intentionally structured to support clients who value preparation, transparency, and a steady approach — especially when decisions feel layered or emotionally charged.
Greenville has always felt like home. I spent much of my childhood here, returned after attending Clemson University, and ultimately chose to raise my family in this community. With its balance of natural beauty, strong neighborhoods, and thoughtful growth, Greenville continues to be a place where people come to put down roots — or thoughtfully begin something new.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband and children, cheering on the Clemson Tigers, volunteering at my daughter’s school, and exploring creative and entrepreneurial pursuits, including personal real estate investments and photography.
Whether you’re navigating a transition or simply planning your next move, my goal is to offer real estate guidance that feels grounded, strategic, and steady — so you can move forward with confidence.
