I haven’t stepped into a CrossFit gym in years, but when a good friend invited me to join him this morning, I couldn’t say no.

Carlos and I were friends before he became client and I’m grateful for that friendship.

A huge thank you to Carlos and everyone at CrossFit Prevail for the warm welcome, the encouragement, and the reminder of why I always loved the CrossFit community.

One of my favorite things about this business is that it’s built on relationships. Sometimes clients become friends. Sometimes friends become clients. Either way, I’m always grateful for the people this journey puts in my life.

Also… let’s just say the EMOM and I had a very different game plan this morning. My breakfast tasted better the first time 😆
