It’s been a busy week 🙂
Got an Awesome Trust Tailored build on your own lot build under contract for a great family, found a perfect first home for a friend of mine within minutes of downtown, and just put a sweet little (5 acre) piece of land under contract for an awesome couple to build their dream home on!
On top of that, helped two other realtors find land for their custom builds with Trivium Homes!
I know it’s supposed to be getting into the slow season, but it’s not feeling that way. So thankful for everyone that is allowing me to help them through this wild real estate market!
