Pleasanton, CA — August 26, 2021 — NextHome is thrilled to announce that the franchise has hit 5,000 franchise members, affectionately known as NextHomies! The mere seven-year-old franchise has had a fast-growing trajectory since its inception in 2014 and currently has 530+ offices across 48 states.
NextHome is a progressive real estate franchise founded to stake a change in the industry with consumer-focused branding, technology, and marketing.
While growth is good, NextHome prides itself on growing with the right people. Each oncoming NextHome office has been meticulously reviewed to ensure that they will be a good fit for the culture of the franchise.

Being selective is how we ensure that we’re continuing to grow with the right people,” said Charis Moreno, Vice President of Sales at NextHome, Inc. “Our organization is overflowing with incredible owners, brokers, and agents. It’s a truly diverse network with 61% of our offices having women in an ownership role and 34% of our offices having minorities in an ownership role. Add to this an average per agent production of 6.2 units annually, plus an over 70% adoption rate of our products and tools, and you can easily see that our members bring their A-game every day.”
NextHome has crafted a unique culture that not only makes the franchise a great organization to be a part of, but also retains membership. NextHomies are not only passionate about real estate but also about serving their communities.
The NextHome “Humans Over Houses” slogan, movement, mentality, was coined at the 2019 NextHome Conference in Las Vegas and has quickly been adopted by NextHomies across the country. Many members take this commitment to heart: starting non-profit organizations to help feed their neighbors in need, hosting fundraisers for local foster homes and animal shelters, and so much more. We believe clients are more than “leads” or “consumers” – and NextHomies are so much more than REALTORS®.
“Our goal is to leverage technology in a way that will free up more screen time to create more face time for our NextHomies and do what they do best – connect with more buyers and sellers,” said Charis.
