Did you know you can use the Marketplace feature in the Trailside App to sell or give away furniture, décor, and other items to fellow residents? It’s an easy way to declutter while giving your things a second life! ♻️✨

A friendly reminder: please don’t leave items for sale in hallways, breezeways, stairwells, or other common areas. Instead, post them on the Marketplace and connect with interested neighbors right from the app! 📱

Let’s keep our community clean, clear, and looking its best. 💚

Happy selling, Trailside! 👋

Meet Kitty✨🐾

Kitty is an almost one year old cat who had her mom completely wrapped around her paw the moment she laid eyes on her! 💗She's confident, independent, and has plenty of personality - traits she picked up from her time living on the streets.

Kitty's favorite part about living at Trailside is she doesn't have a tub to slip off of when she jumps up.✨🐾

🏡 Happy National Good Neighbor Day! 💛

At Trailside at Reedy Point, we believe great neighbors are what turn an apartment into a community. From a friendly smile in the hallway to lending a helping hand, it’s the little moments of kindness that make where we live feel like home. 🌿

Today, we’re celebrating the neighbors who make our community a little brighter, friendlier, and more connected.

Let us know your favorite neighborly moment!✨
