Big day today closing on land for my son’s next investment project! 🏡 Excited to see a couple new duplexes being built in a great location just a few miles outside of downtown Landrum with quick access to Hwy 26. These rentals should be move-in ready in about 6 months and I know they are going to make a great addition to the area.

One of my favorite parts of real estate is the relationships built along the way. We had such a great time at closing visiting with the sellers, and Mike came along to support Caleb too which made the day even more special. ❤️ Proud mom moment watching your kids work hard and invest in their future.

Not every home sale is smooth… and this one definitely tested our patience.

After going through TWO buyers who backed out (through no fault of the seller), it would’ve been easy to get discouraged. But my client stayed patient, trusted the process, and we finally found the RIGHT buyer someone who truly loved the home and couldn’t wait to make it theirs. 🏡✨

Today we closed, and my seller has moved on to his dream spot.

Real estate can have twists and turns, but having the right agent beside you through the highs and lows matters. I’m thankful for clients who trust me to keep pushing forward, negotiating, marketing, and staying steady even when things don’t go as planned.
