CLOSING DAY! 🏡🔑

Today was a special one! I got to help this first-time homebuyer officially become a homeowner with the purchase of his townhouse in Spartanburg! ❤️

And to make closing even easier, we had a traveling attorney come right to his home for the closing! Now THAT is service! 🙌 I don’t get to do closings quite this way very often, but it was such a great experience and a fun way to celebrate this milestone.
