The National Association of REALTORS released the latest economic report. I have been watching the market for the last few months and it has been odd, this confirms it. I think we need to prepare for adjustments and likely a minor recession - too many factors impacting the economy now, especially general uncertainty.

Of the four major regions, each reported a drop in contract activity, although the greatest decline came in the West.
