This transaction was truly a pleasure. We were under contract within 8 days of listing. My sellers were so conscience with their readiness for listing, meticulous beyond most. I know alot of houses are sitting right now we were fortunate that we had what the buyers wanted and were able to fit all the pieces together to get to where everybody wanted to be. So grateful and happy for my sellers that they can now own one house instead of two and relax and enjoy their new one.
