Congratulations to the Durans on closing on their beautiful new home!

After a rough couple of months for their family, we are thankful that we were able to help them get into their forever home and be able to start rebuilding their lives. They worked very hard to be able to make this happen even amidst all they have been dealing with. They are a lovely family, and we wish them all the best!

Meet John 👋 Owner and Mortgage Loan Originator at KTL Performance Mortgage. He has been a member of the team since 2007, and a co-owner since 2009.

John Heath is a proud dad and grandpa, lifelong Indiana Hoosiers fan, and season ticket holder whose years of loyalty finally paid off with a national football championship! 🏈🏆 When he's not cheering on the Hoosiers, he enjoys a great steak from Lahody's in Muncie, listening to talk radio, and spending time with family. He's also a dog lover...as long as it's someone else's dog! 🐾

And his all-time favorite dessert? His mom Emily's homemade cherry pie. ❤️🥧

With nearly two decades at KTL, John brings a wealth of mortgage knowledge and experience to the team. As both an owner and Loan Originator, he's passionate about helping people achieve homeownership, especially first-time buyers who are just beginning their journey.
