Took a little midday detour and stopped by Artisphere in downtown Greenville today 🎨✨ The creativity, artwork, food, and overall atmosphere were all incredible. Greenville really knows how to show up for the arts. 💫

Every sold sign has a story… and this one came full circle.

It started with a simple Facebook message after they saw I sold a neighbor’s home. That turned into a listing appointment, a plan, and staying in touch along the way.

When it was time to sell, they decided to try For Sale By Owner. No hard feelings at all. I stayed a resource whenever they needed vendor suggestions or guidance.

After 3 weeks on the market, they realized it was more work than expected and a lot of not so serious buyers.

They reached back out. We reset, got everything positioned the right way, and went live on a Friday. Under contract by Monday. Closed a few weeks later.

There is something to be said about the power of strategy, timing, and having the right professional in place.

And also this… what is meant for you will always find its way back to you.
