I made this video for our brokerage office. Just a quick take summation of the settlement so this is my personal take on the NAR settlement with DOJ. So much more is to be learned as we as an industry decide how to move forward and still be compliance with this settlement. Just a reminder. This has not been accepted by the court yet, hopefully we will know soon the courts decision to accept or not. We in the state of North Carolina are miles ahead of many other states.
