Apple Tree Inspections is locally owned and managed by experienced husband and wife team, Travis and Shara Clarke.
Previous to becoming an Inspector and Building Consultant, Travis learned the building trade as a teenager in Chapin, SC. This carpentry and maintenance work eventually led him to owning his own construction company at age 23. As a General Contractor, he has spent his career working in single family home construction and remodeling, multifamily construction and framing.
Those years of direct experience allow Travis to give a balanced perspective and knowledgeable opinion of a property’s condition.
Travis is a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNachi and licensed in the State of South Carolina.
Shara has been working with Travis from the beginning doing administrative work, customer service and marketing.
In his free time, Travis enjoys wildlife and sports photography, spending time outdoors with his 6 sons, and watching a variety of sports.
Shara loves to cook for her family and friends, and staying active in the Greenville community, with her husband and sons.
Holly Templeton is our Client Care Coordinator who comes to us with over 30 years of professional experience. She is a native of Roanoke, VA. She is mother to a beautiful daughter. Holly loves to relax and spend time with her daughter and friends. She is the new voice of our office, and she is eager to help schedule your home inspection.
Brittany McCoy, our Marketing Director, joins us with over 8 years of business, marketing, and entrepreneurial experience. She has lived in the upstate for over 20 years. She is mom to a beautiful daughter, Ensleigh. Brittany likes to spend time with friends and family and her dogs. Brittany will be the face you see out and about. Roger Schillerstrom is our newest Licensed Inspector. He grew up in his dad’s wood shop, learning construction and doing repairs around the house. After rehabbing several of his own homes, and experiencing shoddy inspection reports from home purchases, Roger has turned his full-time attention to Home Inspection. During his 40 years of home ownership, he has done electrical work, plumbing, brickwork, drywall, flooring, tiling, roofing, replaced windows and doors and tackled anything else that a homeowner might need to know. He is detail oriented and approaches each inspection to identify any concern a potential home-buyer needs to know.
