Happy New Year!! There are some exciting changes happening at Apple Tree Inspections Travis and Shara have decided to sell the inspection company to pursue another business venture. They have purchased a Closet Factory franchise serving the Upstate and Asheville, N.C., areas.
Let us introduce you to the new owner and operator, Justin Einhorn. Justin, moved to Greenville over a year ago from Connecticut. He worked for a top home inspection company in the NY/CT area and has completed over 1,300 home inspections since 2016. Before becoming a home inspector, Justin worked at an HVAC company and with an energy efficiency contractor. Justin has over ten years of construction experience, including home remodeling and energy efficiency improvements. When not inspecting homes, you may run into Justin on the Swamp Rabbit Trail with his wife, Julia, two boys, Luke and Leo, and their two dogs.
Travis and Shara have trained us to provide the quality inspection experience you have come to expect from Apple Tree Inspections. They have worked hard to make the transition smooth. We are looking forward to meeting your home inspection needs in the coming year!

About Us

Apple Tree Inspections is locally owned and managed by experienced husband and wife team, Travis and Shara Clarke.

Previous to becoming an Inspector and Building Consultant, Travis learned the building trade as a teenager in Chapin, SC. This carpentry and maintenance work eventually led him to owning his own construction company at age 23. As a General Contractor, he has spent his career working in single family home construction and remodeling, multifamily construction and framing.

Those years of direct experience allow Travis to give a balanced perspective and knowledgeable opinion of a property’s condition.
