Congratulations Stephanie, you're the number one selling agent again! Things are picking up in the housing market. I finished my fixer-upper rental property, but decided to sell it to be debt-free. We had two new listings sold for over full price this week. Offers came in above full price, creating an auction like atmosphere. We allow buyers to better their offers if they didn't know there was another offer on the table. By the end of the day, we had an offer of $50,000 over full price! Happy seller there. If you are thinking of selling then sooner would be better than later. It is worth great money right now and there is not much competition. We could wake up tomorrow and your house could be worth half as much. This world seems on edge. I have had so many what I call "God winks" lately. So my son has been battling west Nile for a while and just went and received 2 sessions of treatment. Yesterday I was traveling to work and I hear my phone ringing someone, I pulled it out of my pocket and it said unknown caller and so I hung up. My son called me and says "yeah" I said did I just call you? He says yea. I said well I must have butt called you. He said you sent a gif also. I said oh!? When I hung up I seen what was sent to him. If we don't share God's word then he might just share it for you. Have a blessed Sunday everyone.
