Ecstatic to see both properties settle today! In my decade-long ten Real Estate career, seldom have I had two settlements on the same day!
Ironically, both are investment properties soon to get a full makeover and back on the market! It's exciting to see other agents have the opportunity to relist a fully renovated property - so stay tuned!
Both listings were a long time in the making and both proved to be worth it in the end. The Silverside road property has been in the works since 2017 - a testament to the amount of patience & diligence the field of real estate requires!
