Builder for 30 years in Santa Barbara California.

During that period he also

rehabbed commercial and residential properties with a variety of Banks and

Private Investors as well. His passion for Real Estate and Investing was developed by his mother

in 1981when she became a REALTOR for Century 21in Los Angeles. Fred’s former experience as a REALTOR for Century 21 and a Private Real

Estate Brokerage Firm in Santa Barbara has helped broaden his own Real

Estate Investing career. Fred has an optimistic mindset and a strong desire in developing and
