We Are Modern
We formed Modern because we were tired of the way things have always been done. We felt like there should be a blend of too small of a brokerage (that wouldn’t keep up with the times) the giant “Wal-Mart” style brokerages were 300 people share the name but everyone is a stranger.
Modern is headquartered, locally, here in Greenville. Real estate is a hyper local industry and decisions need to be made at the local level. We are still active in sales and can “sense the market” and help partners build there business. Some leaders want to be on a stage in front of 1,000’s of cheering people. We want to be at your desk, helping you personally.
