Some transactions are smooth.
Some transactions require alittle extra horsepower...and maybe a Bigfoot-sized team effort. 👣 We're talking spouses, family, AND friends!
This transaction came with more than a few unexpected twists and some Sasquatch-sized surprises. When moving plans suddenly fell apart ⭐️2 days⭐️ before closing, Rose felt overwhelmed and wasn't sure how she was going to get everything done before closing.
So we got to work. 💪Together, we coordinated movers, storage, donation drop-offs, dump runs, a U-Haul, and even found a special volunteer driver (Thanks Dad).
Over the next few days, there were plenty of boxes, a lot of problem-solving, a corvette, and more than a few extra trips.
The extra trips meant Danielle had Bigfeet to fill learning to drive a Uhaul! 👀
In the end, Rose made it to the closing table, the buyers got their new home, and everyone walked away smiling.
Real estate is about more than contracts and keys. Sometimes it's about showing up, finding solutions, and helping people through the tough parts too.
Just another reminder that the path to closing isn't always a straight line—but it's a lot easier when you have people willing to walk it with you.
