Hey guys - it's Zane and I have an announcement.

As many of you know, almost 8 years ago, my business partner Kirby Bridwell and I launched the Kirby+Zane Team at Keller Williams Upstate. Kirby and I have shared an incredible professional journey together, and we're extremely proud of the real estate business we've built serving clients across the Upstate of South Carolina.

Our shared vision for the next phase of our business growth, however, has changed, and although bittersweet, we've decided to now pursue our real estate careers separately. Kirby will continue focusing on new construction sales, and I'm excited to soon announce my newest business venture - stay tuned! Kirby and I look forward to continuing to work together through collaborations, and hopefully lots of fishing.

Kirby+Zane would not have been possible without the 700+ families who trusted us and our team to help them buy and sell real estate. Fall is in the air, and if you love seasonal decor, this post is for you. Staging & decorating during the fall is the perfect time to play up all aspects of your home that a buyer will love.

Add curb appeal with pumpkins and a fun fall doormat, changing leaves and blue skies to bring your backyard to life, and all of the coziest decor to help your buyer picture movie nights in front of the fireplace and warm up some apple cider to sip.

Whether you're staging to sell or settling in to hibernate for the winter, here are a few tips to help you make your home ultra-cozy:

🍂 Add throw pillows and chunky blankets. Adding layers to what you already have creates that cozy look that we love for this time of year. And, if your home happens to be for sale, it's a tasteful way to decorate.
