It’s that time of year that we have our first social of the new Rotary year and we have decided for the second year in a row to have it at Southernside Brewery as they partner in a fundraising event for our Dress A Child program. Sold this little cutie quickly. It is within minutes to downtown, 2 bedroom condo and well over list price...$155,000! One of Greenville's little hidden gems for affordable housing. Good marketing and exposure brought my seller the best price for their property. If you want to someone that knows how to get you the best possible price for your property please give me a call. In this market too many sellers are quick to take the first contract that comes in at list or even the highest priced contract brought to you. This is not always the best contract to accept. So proud of my company for offering this webinar. Great information helping us look inside ourself. Can be uncomfortable to have these conversations but that is how we grow. Another great Zoom Rotary Club Meeting with Dr. Shiva Basavanahakly with a titled presentation Know Your Personality. Really great to analyze your personality and how to identify others and best approaches to communicate. In business or personal life it helps to know yourself well. Strengths and weaknesses.

Zoom Rotary meeting with several past Rotary sponsored exchange students from around the world. Hearing about their life now and how they are doing. Each explaining that they too are experiencing lockdown in their countries. All have gone grown up to be successful and contributing adults to their communities. A pleasure to be part of this call. They all went to high schools in this area. Their memories are fun to listen to. Each has fond memories of their time here.
