The buyers of this home were so excited. They told us that they had been looking for this exact home and were getting weary. They moved here from Houston and their home there was just like this one! The wife teared up and said it was a “Total God thing!”; I couldn’t agree more. I always say that the right home will come at just the right time and I truly believe that.

Congrats to my sellers on the sale of this home. They lived here for over 20 years and it was so bittersweet! I met the husband years ago while I was renovating our house in the same neighborhood. He would walk down and we would talk… he would ALWAYS stop when driving by and wave and chat when I was working in the yard. So, when he saw we moved a couple years back we stayed in touch and a few months ago he asked me to help him sell this house. I’m thankful for the business but even more thankful for how kind he was to me and the friendship that we created.
