To say that there were some surprises for me at the Bluefield Gala this year would be a huge understatement! 😳

Before the Gala, my Managing Broker and coach, Jake Agresti, asked me if I knew where I had landed company wide in sales for 2023. Just FYI…. The answer to that question will ALWAYS be “no”. 😂 I don’t pay attention to things like that. In fact, I can’t even tell you where to go look for things like that. I try to focus on people and their needs. If I make a sale then great, but if we don’t find what works for you immediately then that’s fine too. We’ll keep looking for the right fit. I ended the year at #15 company wide. If you know the amazing realtors at Bluefield then you know what an honor this is.

In addition to that, I was awarded the Hospitality award which is one of our 6 core values at Bluefield. For those of you who really know me and my mission you will understand what a great honor this is.

My favorite Maya Angelou quote is, “People will forget was you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel”. My goal is to make people feel valued, respected and loved. This is my focus, whether you are my family, my friend, my client who will become a friend, a friend in the non-profit we work with, a co-worker or a complete stranger. This honor means the world to me and I am so grateful for a brokerage that aligns with my beliefs and gives me the tools to keep moving forward while providing the best services possible to those put in my path.
