Friendly reminder and some tips to maintain your HVAC working at its best:

- Your AC will work best when kept at a constant temperature. We recommend the temperature be kept at 72-74 degrees in the warmer seasons to prevent issues such as freezing. Alternatively, keeping your heater at 68 degrees (or less) will be the most energy-efficient in the cooler seasons.

- Avoid turning it on and off as not only will it have to work twice as hard to get back down or up to temperature after being off for any period of time, but it could also take a while to get there.

- We do our best to stay on top of filter replacements, but if you need a new air filter, please submit a maintenance request and we will get one out to you asap!

Friendly reminder: Please abide by the pool rules as stipulated in your lease. These are set for your safety and the safety of others.

Also, note that the lifesavers at the pool are not toys. They are there in case of an emergency.

In addition to following the rules, we ask that you and your guests be respectful of other people at the pool, especially if children are present!

It is imperative that you keep an eye on your children while at the pool, as they are the most vulnerable to drowning accidents.

Most importantly, IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 911.
