It's crazy how some things work out, whereas others don't. We may never know the reasoning; however, somehow it is all part of the plan. We just have to trust the process and know that it will all work out how it's supposed to. ✝

That's exactly what happened here. This is the 4th accepted offer this buyer has had. The first 3 didn't work out for various reasons. And I believe it may be because she was meant to have this great home instead. 🏡🥰

She is determined to move out of The Villages and start a new life in The Upstate, and I couldn't be happier for her.
