We’ve been keeping a little secret… 🤫🏡❤️

For the past six months, Michele Branham James and our families have been working behind the scenes on the sweetest little cottage home in Jeffersonville. This home was formerly owned by a much-loved older lady who clearly left her mark on this community. The neighbors shared such sweet stories with us—stories of sitting together on her front porch, sharing conversations, and looking out for one another. And when you walk through the doors of this home, you can feel the love. ❤️ She was a Christian, and there is something so peaceful and special about the home she cared for. The flower garden is absolutely beautiful, and the fig tree is just as sweet as the memories surrounding this home. 🌸🌿 We have truly loved working on this little cottage and giving it some love along the way. But now, it’s time for the next chapter of its story—and we can’t wait to see who gets to call it home next. 🏡❤️

Some transactions go smoothly, some take a little more work, and some seem to take forever along that bumpy road! This one definitely tested all of us. ❤️

This transaction started many months ago and was a first for all of us as we navigated a VA One-Time Close loan. I think it tested our patience at different times, but because the buyers and sellers remained determined, patient, and positive, we kept moving forward.

It truly took all hands on deck—builders, realtors, title companies, lenders, buyers, and sellers—all working together with communication, teamwork, and a common goal.

For my buyers, this moment is extra special. We have been working toward this for three years, and I cannot put into words how happy I am to finally see them reach this point!

Congratulations on Step Number One! 🎉🏡🔑

Now you get to build the dream home you’ve been waiting for! I am so excited for you and cannot wait to see it all come together. ❤️

Congratulations! You did it! 🎉
