In Light of the need for social distancing in response to COVID-19, we are closed to the general public at this time.

If you are interested in renting an apartment home, we are happy to assist you by phone or email and you are welcome to visit our website to complete the online application and rental process.

If you are one of our valued residents, we ask that you understand the need for us to limit our in-person office interactions to only those issues that cannot be addressed by phone, email, or by logging into our online resident portal. We ask that work order requests be kept to a minimum at this time with the understanding that emergency work orders will be completed as per our stated protocol. Please understand that when reporting a work order, we ask that you inform us if you or a member of your family are displaying symptoms that would cause concern of exposure.

Vendors should make every effort to coordinate with the office by phone or email and package delivery should be kept to a minimum and only after an attempt has been made to deliver to the recipient’s address.

Our hearts go out to anyone impacted by COVID-19 and believe that the precautionary measure we have and are taking will be appreciated by our residents with the understanding that our top priority is the health and welfare of our employees, residents, and the surrounding community.

During this time of limited contact with an emphasis being placed on social distancing, the Staff and Owners’ of Waterford Place Apartments and The Reserve at Waterford are committed to placing the welfare of our residents and the surrounding community as paramount. In order to address the recommendations of Government officials, and to mitigate the spread of COVID-19\Coronavirus, our clubhouse and all amenities will be closed until further notice. We regret the closing, but believe that by doing so we are placing the welfare of our community as our top priority.

Good Morning Residents,

Our area is under a Winter Weather Advisory. Please exercise caution as you are traveling on the roads during the evening and into the weekend.

ICE AND SNOW CONDITIONS:

During inclement weather, we recommend you take safety precautions.

Steps, sidewalks, and parking lots may be slippery, so when outside, please proceed slowly and with caution, wear rubber soled shoes and avoid high heels until you are indoors.

Although our staff makes every attempt to address these areas, your caution is advised as we cannot assure that all areas will remain completely free of ice and snow at all times.

Please also leave faucets dripping to assist in keeping pipes from bursting.

If everyone does their part and is mindful of the dangers of inclement weather it will ensure that we can remain safe and help us all be better neighbors.

Closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday!

Waterford Place Apartments and The Reserve presents our November Fall Food Drive.

We are accepting donations, until November 25th, to help the eastern food bank of North Carolina. Please feel free to stop into the leasing office, throughout the month, if you would like to participate.

Good Afternoon Residents,

We are reaching out to let everyone know about our upcoming Waterford Place Apartments event!

Next Thursday, October 17th, Waterford Place presents our Annual Fall Festival. This event will take place near the gazebo and playground, behind the 2730 Clubhouse.

Feel free to bring every member of the house to have some festival fun.

There will be carnival games, a caramel apple dipping station (to feed those sweet cravings), and prizes awarded by tickets.

As with all of our events, there will also be enough fun to go around, so come out and join the festivities with us. We hope to see you there!

Unlike the State Fair, entrance is free 😉!
