New Build, water shut-off valve under sink was put in the wrong spot and the vanity drawer hits it. You can see the face doesn't close completely. They tried to trim the handle. Brand new build. Notice the two wires at the bottom of the panel are both 14 gauge rated for 15amps or less. Someone wired this circuit to 20 amp protection. Skylights always leak eventually. When I saw the condition of these skylights I knew I would find some water intrusion inside. My client will ask for this to be repaired saving him double the cost of the inspection. Always get a home inspection. Never get a skylight.
