🍁It’s officially Fall Y’all! And it might just be my favorite time of year in TR. From the leaves changing to all of the festivities we have going on, there’s just something special about fall in Travelers Rest

Walking Main Street to see all the scarecrows with a pumpkin spiced latte and voting for our favorite has become a family tradition, and I always look forward to the Harvest Market and live music on Thursday nights.

We’ve got some new things to add to the list this year too, like the Oyster Roast and Halloween Fest! 🎃 And then there’s The Sunken Manor… it’s been around for a few years, but maybe this is finally the year I’m brave enough to try it. 😂👻

I even added a bonus one just a little outside of TR because its too cool to not include and close to TR 😉

Today it was OUR turn to sell our home and buy another! This process has humbled me even though I do it every day for years! Y’all it’s stressful and I get it. Figuring out kids, a puppy, a husband that works from home and last minute showings because ‘maybe it’s the one’ Luckily a lady who truly loved our house as much as we did bought it today! We also had amazing sellers who were gracious and patient with us to where we are now in our dream neighborhood! Truly a God thing throughout the entire process. I couldnt have done it without an amazing team which I love referring my clients to because I truly feel like they’re the best out there! I also couldn’t have done it without an amazing Realtor on the other side when selling who I worked with for years and is like my Realtor Mama! We’re so excited for this next chapter!

One of my big goals this year was to make the top producer list for at least one quarter at Bluefield.

With some of the top producing agents in the entire market I’m so honored to be among them. I have been soooo blessed and thankful to be able to achieve one of my big goals. I truly couldn’t do it without all of my amazing clients who have trusted me, referrals from friends, past clients and vendors, and the support of my husband taking care of the kiddos while I was out working.

This achievement is so much bigger than me. It’s a reminder that hard work, consistency, and faith really do pay off. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. I’m beyond grateful and excited to see what the rest of the year has in store! 🤍
