NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS
Breezeway Safety & Fire Inspection Compliance
Dear Residents,
Following a recent fire inspection, management has been informed that items being stored in the breezeways create a safety hazard and must be removed to comply with fire safety regulations.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in removing all personal belongings from the breezeways no later than July 17 at 5:00 PM.
Please note the following requirements:
All personal items must be removed from breezeways by July 17 at 5:00 PM.
Lawn chairs and outdoor furniture may be used while you are outside; however, they must be brought back inside your apartment after each use and may not be left in the breezeways.
Grills must be be stored inside your dwelling and may not be stored in breezeways or underneath stairways.
Bicycles must be taken inside your apartment after each use. This helps prevent clutter, maintains clear emergency exit paths, and reduces safety concerns.
Any personal items remaining in the breezeways after 5:00 PM on July 17 will be removed by office staff. In addition, residents found in violation of this policy will receive a lease violation notice.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to maintain a safe community and comply with fire safety requirements.
