Homeownership comes with repairs, maintenance, and upgrades. Whether you need a roofer, plumber, electrician, HVAC technician, painter, flooring specialist, or handyman, who you hire matters!
The cheapest estimate isn’t always the best deal. Before choosing a contractor, compare:
✅ Experience and references
✅ Licensing and insurance
✅ Written estimates
✅ Project timelines
✅ Payment terms and warranties
✅ Required permits
Make sure you hire the right professional for the job. A handyman may be perfect for small repairs, while major plumbing, electrical, structural, or renovation projects may require a licensed specialist or general contractor.
Be cautious of anyone who:

🚩 Refuses to provide a written estimate
🚩 Cannot verify licensing or insurance
