The latest numbers are in, and the Hunt County market continues to show some interesting shifts:

📈 Median Sales Price: $283,825 — up 2.3% from August 2025
🏠 Active Listings: 878 — down 11%
⏳ Average Days on Market: 116 days
📊 Months of Inventory: 6.7 months
🔑 Closed Sales:140 — down 4.8%

While homes are taking a little longer to sell, median prices are still higher than this time last year and inventory has tightened.
