Some of the best things happening in real estate have absolutely nothing to do with the house.
They happen around the kitchen island, between showings, over a plate of something good, when agents start swapping stories, asking questions, sharing what they’ve learned, and laughing about the things only another person in this business would understand.
That’s a big part of what I value about the culture at Encore Realty.
