Greenville didn’t make this list, however Spartanburg did. Spartanburg has been growing as well over the last few years while still remaining relatively affordable.

I had a great time yesterday being a vendor at the 3rd Annual Hello Beautiful Women’s Conference. Why would I do a women’s conference? Because women are outpacing men by a landslide when it comes to home buying. I can easily make the case that when couples buy together it’s still the woman who ultimately makes the decision, but I won’t go there for now lol. But seriously, it was a great time of making great connections and although it was a women’s conference I received a on time Word myself! 🙌🏾

Last night, I attended an affordable housing event, and it was an eye-opener.

Even working in real estate every day, there were systemic issues, policy hurdles, and local inventory challenges discussed that I hadn’t fully realized were holding so many families back right here in our community.
