Shelby is joining the team with nearly five years of hands-on property management experience, so she knows exactly what it takes to protect your investment, keep tenants happy, and make the day-to-day of property ownership feel a whole lot easier.

She’s also a licensed REALTOR®, meaning she can help clients buy, sell, or invest in real estate, especially if you’re looking to add a rental property to your portfolio. With experience on the property management side, she brings valuable insight into what makes an investment property truly work.

Shelby is a proud East Carolina University grad (twice!), holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from ECU, and she’s always on the lookout for new things to learn and ways to grow.

She lives in Greenville with her boyfriend Dalton and their furry crew...two cats, Fig and Lorelei, and their dog Munchkin. 🐾
