📊 Budgets, collaboration, and a little friendly competition!

NHE’s Conventional Community Managers came together at Flathouse Studios Apartments for Budget Bootcamp, working alongside our Regional Managers and Multifamily Support Team to collaborate, ask questions, and complete their 2026 multifamily property budgets.

The two-day session also included visits from industry vendors to share their services and wrapped up with some well-earned fun at Topgolf, sponsored by Chadwell Supply. ⛳

Affordable housing professionals from across South Carolina recently came together in Greenville for the Upstate Affordable Housing Summit, and NHE was proud to be part of the conversation.

Held at Unity Park and organized by , the summit brought together industry professionals, advocates, and community partners to discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping affordable housing development across South Carolina.

NHE Development Manager Joseph Kass joined the Affordable Housing Practitioner Workshop to present “Ins and Outs of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits,” sharing insight into the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and other tax credit resources that help finance affordable housing development.

NHE was also proud to sponsor this year’s summit and support an event focused on strengthening partnerships, sharing knowledge, and expanding housing opportunities throughout the Upstate and beyond.

Thank you to Community Works and everyone who helped bring this important conversation together!
