Friendly Reminder:

If your toilet becomes clogged, please DO NOT keep flushing it if no attempt to de-clog has been made as this can cause the toilet to overflow! 🚽

Also, do not flush anything that is not toilet paper down the toilet as this will cause blockages and backups. Additionally, do not flush 'flushable wipes' down the toilet as they do not break down enough and cause blockages as well!

Please submit a maintenance request if you are having issues with your plumbing.

Friendly reminder if you will be enjoying the pool at Hickory Ridge: Please abide by the pool rules as relayed by the property manager and as outlined in the last monthly newsletter. These are set for your safety and the safety of others.

Also, note that the lifesavers at the pool are not toys. They are there in case of an emergency.

In addition to following the rules, we ask that you and your guests be respectful of other people at the pool, especially if children are present!

It is imperative that you keep an eye on your children while at the pool, as they are the most vulnerable to drowning accidents.

Most importantly, IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 911.
