As we step into Q2, Greenville’s housing market is showing clear signs of momentum — and strategy matters more than ever.

📊 Here’s what happened last month:

• Closed Sales jumped 12.7% YoY — 1,560 homes sold in March alone.

• Median Sales Price edged up to $315,000, a 1.6% increase from last year.

• Inventory surged 42.8% to 5,303 homes, giving buyers more options.

• Months Supply rose to 4.0 months, signaling a shift toward a more balanced market.

• Days on Market increased slightly to 58 days, showing a bit more breathing room for buyers.

• Pending Sales, however, dropped 38.3%, which may hint at more cautious buyer activity ahead.
