Last day in Yerevan and just had a 100 min podcast convo with one of the leading brokerage owners here.

Man, the RE industry in the USA is so developed compared to many other countries.

We have it so good.

We talked though what makes 90%+ of home owners and home buyers use an agent…

Among other things…

- rule of law
- decades, centuries of societal trust and confidence
- the basic premise that RE laws were put in place to protect the best interest of the populace…

And the compound effect of decades of this.

Imagine a world where…
- there is no property condition disclosure requirements
- inspections aren’t the norm, by far the exception…

Sounds like “buyer beware,” “survival of the fittest”…

Today we got to spend the day at Yell Extreme Park in Yenokavan, Armenia.

It was a fun day of adventure in the morning and relaxing in the afternoon.

Ziplines to start the day. Off-road adventure after. Mariam participated in neither (speed and heights are a hard pass)

Meals together, card games together. Vacations together are sometimes the easiest way to focus on our family relationships.
