My career in sales has taken me from Finance to Food & Beverage to Technology and now Real Estate. My interest in real estate began a

s a small boy before the Zillows and internet listings existed, when I just liked houses and architecture. I would pour over my grandfathers old architecture books, look at home listings in the classified ads, and design and draw the floor plans of what I saw (not to scale of course). My fascination has settled into historic homes and gilded age mansions with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. However, I also find myself admiring the ultra modern home blended with glass, wood & concrete from time to time as a stalwart minimalist. There isn’t much I can’t find respect for, so long as it possesses creative vision and personal style. My goal at Man Around Town is to bring to you curated content focusing on history, heritage, places to visit, architecture and landscapes that inspire you in all ways, big and small.
