My daughter Sally and two of her GA friends hiked the Grand Canyon’s Rim to Rim to Rim trail a few weekends ago. It took them 22 hours to complete the 45 mile hike. Sal described the accomplishment as “grueling” but they were motivated by their mission to raise money for Boston Children’s Hospital in memory of George Phinney. George passed away at the age of 7 and they are helping the research into sudden unexpected death in pediatrics in his honor. If you’re interested in donating, the link is in my bio!
