One of my favorite times of year is here!

I’m excited to pay a visit to a few local favorites—Greenwich Point Park (Tod’s Point), a stroll down Greenwich Avenue, and the Saturday farmers market—plus sunset views along the Sound.

People ask me if I love my job. It's not even really a job at this point. It's just — I can't stop thinking about the people I'm helping. What their mornings will look like. Whether the commute will actually work. If the street will feel like home after the boxes are unpacked.

At some point it stops being “one more update”
and starts being a house you’re trying to convince yourself to love.

I see it all the time —
new floors, new paint, one more project…
and it still doesn’t feel right.

That’s usually not a renovation problem.
