Licensed Real Estate Broker | Community Advocate | Local Market Expert

Born and raised in Greenwich, I have a lifelong connection to the community I proudly serve. A graduate of the Greenwich public school system and longtime participant in local recreational and sports programs, I’ve built deep roots here—roots that now extend to my own children, who’ve followed similar paths in both academics a

nd athletics. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1999, I bring over two decades of trusted experience, professionalism, and hyper-local market knowledge to every client relationship. I currently work as a Broker Associate at Compass CT’s Greenwich office and am a proud graduate of the Real Estate Institute. I also hold certifications as a Business Development Agent and Certified Real Estate Negotiator, and I’m a licensed Notary Public. Clients know me as a strategic, organized professional who educates, advocates, and provides patient, personalized guidance throughout every stage of the buying and selling process. I’m always available—whether it’s preparing your home for market, navigating negotiations, or troubleshooting the unexpected. I pride myself on thinking creatively and finding smart, tailored solutions to any challenge. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and giving back to the community. I have a deep love for animals and am passionate about supporting local rescues and advocacy efforts. Whether I’m assisting a client or volunteering my time, I approach every commitment with heart, integrity, and dedication. Professional Affiliations

Real estate is a big decision, but who you go through it with matters too. 🤍

Having someone you trust, actually enjoy working with, and know will give you the honest answer, even when it’s not the answer you want?

Kinda chic, if you ask me. ✨

Because the reality is, waiting has a cost too.

Home prices haven’t stopped moving. Rent hasn’t stopped increasing. And life definitely hasn’t stopped happening while buyers wait for the “perfect” rate.

I’m not saying everyone should run out and buy a house right now. Buying has to make sense for your finances, your monthly payment, and your life. But if the only thing keeping you on the sidelines is waiting for lower rates to come back, it may be time to build a plan around the market we actually have instead of waiting for one that may never return.

The better question might be: What would buying look like for you at today’s rates? Want to know what you can realistically afford? Let's connect and run some numbers!

September is the sweet spot for that dreaded home to-do list... warm enough to get things done, cool enough to actually enjoy doing them (ok fine, maybe not enjoy, but at least tolerate). 😉

Use the mild days ahead to knock out a few important tasks like cleaning out the gutters, sealing up any drafts, and power washing to keep your home looking its best all winter long.

Here's the thing about overthinking: most of us are already experts at it. We can build entire worst-case scenarios in our heads, complete with details, dialogue, and a dramatic ending. We rehearse the rejection. We expect the failure. We call it "being realistic."

Maybe we do it because we think if we don't get our hopes up, it won't hurt as much if things don't go as planned. But all that really does is rob us of the chance to feel excited about what could go right.

What if you spent just as much time imagining the best-case scenario?

Same imagination. Same mental energy. Just a different story.

Your brain is going to tell stories either way. You might as well make them ones worth believing.

But before you dive into unpacking, there are a few things worth doing FIRST. Trust me, they're so much easier before the boxes take over.

We tend to think resilience means never getting knocked down. Staying strong. Keeping it together no matter what...

But real resilience isn't pretending everything is okay. It's admitting you're overwhelmed, discouraged, or scared, and choosing to take the next step anyway.

You don't have to feel fearless to keep moving forward. Sometimes, simply showing up is the strongest thing you can do.
