Born and raised in Greenwich, I have a lifelong connection to the community I proudly serve. A graduate of the Greenwich public school system and longtime participant in local recreational and sports programs, I’ve built deep roots here—roots that now extend to my own children, who’ve followed similar paths in both academics a

nd athletics. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1999, I bring over two decades of trusted experience, professionalism, and hyper-local market knowledge to every client relationship. I currently work as a Broker Associate at Compass CT’s Greenwich office and am a proud graduate of the Real Estate Institute. I also hold certifications as a Business Development Agent and Certified Real Estate Negotiator, and I’m a licensed Notary Public. Clients know me as a strategic, organized professional who educates, advocates, and provides patient, personalized guidance throughout every stage of the buying and selling process. I’m always available—whether it’s preparing your home for market, navigating negotiations, or troubleshooting the unexpected. I pride myself on thinking creatively and finding smart, tailored solutions to any challenge. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and giving back to the community. I have a deep love for animals and am passionate about supporting local rescues and advocacy efforts. Whether I’m assisting a client or volunteering my time, I approach every commitment with heart, integrity, and dedication. Professional Affiliations

Here's something most sellers don't want to hear, but need to:

Overpriced homes don’t just sell slower… they usually sell for less.

I get it. Pricing on the high end feels like it gives you room to negotiate. But buyers today are incredibly educated. They're watching the market daily, comparing every home in your price range, and they know when something seems overpriced. And when a home sits too long? The narrative shifts. Suddenly, buyers aren't competing to get it. They're negotiating with you to take it off your hands.

Homes priced correctly from day one consistently net more money than those that start high and chase the market down with price reductions.

Thinking about selling? Let's talk strategy before you list. Send me a DM when you're ready.

When you're helping someone navigate one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their life, it gets personal fast.

So yes, I'm going to lose sleep over your deal. I'm going to make sure you feel informed instead of overwhelmed. I'm going to help you make decisions you'll still feel good about years from now.
You're not just a transaction to me, and your satisfaction will always matter more to me than closing a deal.

So yes… I’m probably going to care a little too much. And honestly? I think that’s exactly how this job should be done.

If you're looking for an agent who'll treat your goals like their own, I'd love to connect! Message me anytime.

We talk ourselves out of change all the time. It's not the right time. It's too risky. What if it doesn't work out? So we stay. We adjust. We convince ourselves that comfortable and content are the same thing, and they're really not.

The discomfort of change is temporary. But staying somewhere that no longer fits? That kind of pain is quiet and slow and a lot harder to shake.

You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be honest with yourself about what's no longer working.
The right time is rarely obvious, and growth rarely feels comfortable.

Just remember: the hardest seasons often lead to the biggest breakthroughs.

Today is all about celebrating the people behind Compass. I'm proud to share our new Compass Brokerage Anthem Video and participate in our very first Compass Spirit Day. It was fun seeing everyone wearing their Compass gear and showing the pride we have in our company, our culture, and each other. Here's to being part of something special.

I get it, Zillow makes searching for homes ridiculously easy. But once you find a house you actually want to tour, DON’T hit that “request a tour” button. 📣

When you click that button, you're not reaching the listing agent. You're not even guaranteed to reach someone familiar with that home or area. You're reaching whoever paid to be there.

The better move? Find an agent you actually trust before you start clicking around. Someone who can pull listings for you directly, give you real insight, and represent your interests from day one — not Zillow's bottom line.

If you’d rather skip the chaos, just send me the link instead. Text, call, or DM me, and I can set up a tour for you! My info’s in my bio.

Trust me, it’s a whole lot easier. 😉

Not the visitor I expected in my yard yesterday! 🐢

This impressive snapping turtle decided to stop by, and while I love Connecticut wildlife, I wasn't quite sure my dogs would share my enthusiasm.

A huge thank you to Tilford Cobb and the Stamford Animal Control team for safely relocating this beautiful turtle to a nearby pond where it can thrive—and where both the turtle and my pups can stay safe.

We are lucky to have dedicated people in our community who care so deeply about both wildlife and pets.

Thank you, Tilford! 👏🐢💙

Fair warning —some of my pre-listing requests are going to sound a little extra. Take down your family photos? Move the furniture around and put dad's recliner in storage? Yes, really. 😅

But here's the thing: the way you live in a home and the way you sell a home are two completely different things. And the small stuff? It matters more than most people expect... especially online!

Swipe → to see what I might ask of you.

Do any of these sound familiar?
