I feel compelled to share the recipe for this super yummy banana bread I made this morning, that was gluten-free and dairy-free (other than eggs and chocolate chips 😁). It also had no added sugar! I tossed in a small container of applesauce (b/c I only had 2 mushy bananas available) and a half cup of walnuts (for extra protein). You could add a few tablespoons of maple syrup or honey to the batter if you would like to make it a little sweeter. Nothing feels better than starting off your day with a yoga class. I love The Studio owned by Pamela Pell and located in Western Greenwich. The Bikram-style Hot Yoga class with the infrared heat is simply amazing! It is detoxifying, energizing, and relaxing all at once….in addition to working wonders on my back 🧘🏻‍♀️ Try a class!!
