Last night was one of those “wow” moments.

My daughter and I were able to be part of a small gathering at the flagship SERHANT. office in SoHo, a room of top agents from several brokerages, all getting the chance to learn from Ryan’s knowledge on real estate, entrepreneurship, the direction of the market, and NYC real estate.

I’ve spent years building a successful career in this business, and standing there with my daughter, also a licensed agent with me at Compass and an assistant PM for a luxury developer in Greenwich, CT was something special.

Buying a home isn’t always a straight path. For this amazing couple, it took patience, persistence, and a few twists along the way.

After several offers in a crazy market didn’t work out, I helped them find a rental that fit perfectly while keeping their homeownership goals alive. When the time was right, they reached back out and we finally closed on their dream home.
