MJ Bates Hvolbeck - Realtor at Sotheby's International Realty Real Estate Her professionalism and knowledge of the Greenwich real estate market has secured her the trust of her clients and the respect of her colleagues.

A Greenwich resident for over 35 years, Marijane joined Sotheby’s International Realty as part of their acquisition of Cleveland Duble & Arnold where she had been a realtor since1984 and one their top producers. MJ is a full-time real estate broker and is dedicated to all her clients in all price ranges. MJ grew up in Fairfield, CT and Williamsville, NY and is a graduate of Manhattanville College.

Prior to joining the real estate community, she worked in market research for the financial sector at Greenwich (Research) Associates. A past winner of the Presidents Award from the Independent Realty Group, MJ has also ranked in the top 1,000 NRT Sales Associates, the top 1% of the 47,000+ Sales Associates nationwide. She holds a Connecticut real estate broker license and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors and the Greenwich Association of Realtors where she serves on the Professional Standards/Ethics Committee. MJ is a member of the Junior League of Greenwich, United Way Sole Sisters and an accomplished golfer. She and her husband, Brad, are involved in many organizations and club activities. Her son, Chris, attended Greenwich public schools, graduated from Fairfield Prep, Bucknell University ’09 and the University of Illinois College of Law ’12.
